Seed Funding

The Xcubator Fund is an open-ended seed-stage venture capital fund. The fund was created to accelerate the growth of Xcubator's portfolio startus focused on innovation in the future tech industry. The Fund seeks to lead seed-stage investment rounds in early-stage startups with motivated founders that are likely to achieve a near-term exit through a corporate acquisition.

Who We Seek:

• - Tech startups which focus on Digital Disruption, Smart Energy or Social Enterprise as their main or initial market.
• - Excellent management team and at least two active founders.
• - Clean cap table.
• - Investment regions: Global outlook, but India as initial jurisdictions.
